the hotel’s noise levels were simply unbearable, especially hearing every door slam. and can we talk about the breakfast? an absolute letdown. woudl ve been nice to receive an upgrade for such awful disturbances, but I guess treating me like everyone else is the norm here. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Dust on arrival was a letdown!!! A thorough cleaning should be a standard before guest arrival. Also, the street noise managed to creep in late at night—definitely something to address for a better stay!!!
